Grade Description
5083 O Known for exceptional performance in extreme environments, highly resistant to seawater and industrial chemicals. Maintains strength after welding and has the highest strength among non-heat treatable alloys, though not recommended for temperatures exceeding 65°C.
6082 T6 A medium strength alloy with excellent corrosion resistance, known for its structural properties. Most commonly used for machining in plate form.
