Industrialsafety-UK.co.uk is operated by Express Matting Services Ltd.

Delivery area

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. We do not ship outside the UK.

How much does delivery cost?

Standard UK Delivery: £20.00 per order (including VAT).

This is a single flat rate charged once per order, whatever the size, weight or number of items in your basket. The delivery charge is shown in your basket and at checkout before you pay. There are no hidden or additional delivery charges, and we do not currently offer free delivery.

Delivery times

Many of our products are cut to your required size, so each order has a handling time before it is dispatched.

  • Handling time: 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays)
  • Transit time: 2–4 working days after dispatch
  • Order cut-off time: orders placed after 8:00 pm (UK time), or at weekends or on bank holidays, are processed from the next working day

Total estimated delivery time is 3–6 working days from the date of your order.

Tracking your order

Orders are sent with a tracked courier service. Once your order has been dispatched we will email you the tracking details. Please allow 1–2 working days for tracking information to become available.

Delayed, lost or damaged deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, or it arrives damaged, please email us at sales@industrialsafety-uk.co.uk with your order number (and photos of any damage) within 7 days of delivery. If a parcel is confirmed lost by the courier, we will send a replacement or give you a full refund, including the delivery charge. Damaged items will be replaced or refunded at no extra cost to you.

Delays caused by severe weather or an incorrect delivery address supplied at checkout are outside our control, but we will always help resolve the issue.
